The only links course on Anglesey - all year round.

Crafted out of heathland and sand dunes this magnificent links course can claim all year round golf with confidence. The exceptionally sandy soil drains with ease. No winter greens are to be found here, just beautiful scenery with a backdrop of Snowdonia and the Llŷn Peninsula.

Interesting and challenging golf

Whatever the weather, wind or no wind, this course is always interesting and challenging, and yet has a surprising warmth and friendly feel to it for high handicap golfers too, where shorter and straighter often helps.

As you amble down the path towards the 1st tee, pause on the bridge and take a good look at the 18th fairway and the magnificent finish across the river. This is just a grand finale for the delightful treats that lie in waiting for you.

Hole 1 - How easy it is to be lured into a false sense of security by this apparently straightforward par 3. But at 192 yards off the yellow tee there is a dilemma. Is the wind helping or hindering? Is it blowing across with the lure of the Virgin Express to London to the right? Then there is that enticing ditch to the left. Best to keep it nice and straight I guess!
